These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website qqbmedia.com (the "Site"), operated by QQB Media LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("QQB Media", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

01About QQB Media

QQB Media LLC is a digital media buying company. We acquire online traffic across advertising platforms — including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Kwai Ads and programmatic channels — and monetize it through advertising technology (including Google Ad Manager) on our own digital properties, or through the delivery of qualified leads to business partners.

The Site is informational. It describes our business and provides a channel to contact us. We do not sell products or services directly through the Site, and we do not offer open sign-ups. New partnerships are established exclusively through direct contact and individual agreements.

02Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and by businesses. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

03Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
Scrape, copy or reproduce content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
Impersonate QQB Media or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

04Partnerships and business relationships

Business relationships with QQB Media are governed exclusively by separately negotiated written agreements. Performance figures, statistics or illustrations displayed on the Site (including simulated or animated visualizations) are for demonstration purposes and do not guarantee future results.

07Disclaimer of warranties

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QQB Media LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability arising from the use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$ 100.00).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QQB Media LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
